The firm
The firm is born in Turin at the beginning of the twentieth century, contemporarily to the automotive industry and it follows the growth of it during the years, continually evolving the product and the production processes.

Starting from November 2001, T.RAD Italia has become a part of the Japanese multinational company T.RAD co., increasing its customer and products range.
Today, in the establishment of Moncalieri are produced water radiators, oil cooler, air-air cooler (aftercooler) and EGR for OEM and spare parts.

The water radiators can be realized according to the traditional technology with tubes and fins types made by copper and brass (in three typologies: monolithic, bolted tank, single elements), or in Aluminum with technology Plaque et Barrette (braising in ovens Vacuum) or tubes and fins (braising in ovens Nocolok).
T.Rad Italia S.p.A. realizes from the small core for heaters box for vehicles up to by dimensions cooler, that is over the 4 square meters.

For the heat exchayen made by aluminum (radiators, oil and air cooler) we can use, according to the application and the productive volumes, the technology of vacuum brazing or with oxiding flows brazing.
Our products in aluminum provides since a lot of years different railway applications in Italy, France, Germany, Switzerland, Sweden, India, Portugal and Australia.
